Case Study
Project facts
- Client: Neil Systems
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Project type: RCC commercial / industrial building with boundary wall and civil works
- Duration: November 2021 – February 2022
The brief
Neil Systems required a robust RCC building along with a secure boundary wall and supporting civil infrastructure to establish a fully functional facility in Chennai. The project demanded timely execution to enable early operational readiness, with a strong focus on durability, site security and efficient space utilisation.
Scope of work
Earthworks, RCC structural works for the main building, construction of the boundary wall, internal roads, drainage systems and associated civil infrastructure — all executed in compliance with design specifications and industrial construction standards.
Challenges and execution
The key challenge was coordinating multiple civil activities simultaneously within a constrained site while maintaining quality and progress. Long stretches of boundary wall also demanded uniformity and consistent strength. B1 India adopted a parallel execution strategy with dedicated teams for structural and external works, backed by strict quality control and continuous site monitoring.
The outcome
The project was completed and handed over within the committed schedule and budget. The facility now operates with enhanced structural reliability, secure site boundaries and well-planned infrastructure that supports the client’s operations efficiently.
